Payment & Cancellation Policies

Payment Policies

 

Stop, Drop & Stroll accepts credit cards, cash, Zelle, Cashapp & PayPal as payment. Payment is due prior to the beginning of any services scheduled unless otherwise agreed upon by Stop, Drop & Stroll.  Past due balances will incur a late charge of $20 will continue to be accrued monthly until the balance is paid in full.

Grooming Cancellation policies

I understand that if I need to change my appointment time or cancel it, that I must give at least 24 hours' notice so that the appointment time can be made available to another client who is on the waiting list. If two appointments are missed without giving notice, clients are then required to pre-pay prior to scheduling any future appointments.

Cancellation policies for non-holiday services

​

 

Overnight Services:​ Stop, Drop & Stroll is limited in the number of overnights that can be scheduled and when this service is booked, Stop, Drop & Stroll may turn down other overnight requests. There is a 50% deposit required within 3 days of booking to guarantee service. For early returns, we require a 24-hour notice or the client will be charged the rate of one visit.  Payment in full must be received prior to check-in.

There will be a full refund of the deposit if overnight visits are canceled with a 2-week notice.  However, if the overnight services are canceled with less than 2-week notice, the deposit will be forfeited.  Services canceled due to early returns must give 24-hour notice to receive a 50% refund for services that were not completed.

Payment and Cancellation Policies for Holiday Services

 

Holiday Overnight Services:  Clients will be asked to pay in full 60 days before services begin to guarantee holiday service.  Stop, Drop & Stroll is limited in the number of overnights and pet sitting services that can be scheduled and when booked, Stop, Drop & Stroll may turn down other requests.

 

Cancellations within 4-weeks will receive a 100% refund.  There will be a 50% refund of the deposit if services are canceled with a 14 days notice. If cancellation occurs with less than 14 days' notice, there is no refund of the deposit.  For early returns, no refunds or credits will be issued.

Holiday surcharges for pet sitting visits and overnight pet sitting will apply for all services.
